Terms & Condition

• Payment for a full term must be made before the start of the first lesson in order to secure the slot of the student. No transfer of membership or refund is allowed after payment.

• VR Drumming Academy reserves all the final rights to adjust the price of the program, and any change of information will be made public at least a week before the effective date.

• VR Drumming Academy allows participants to have a seven-day deposit to guarantee a refund. After payment of the deposit, participants may request a full refund of the deposit within 7 days if they find the program is not suitable for them (limited to bank transfer, E-wallet only). If the deposit is made by credit card the payer can only get 90% of the refund because the 10% is bank charges.

• Customers who choose to make monthly installments payments must pay the first month fee with an additional deposit down payment (the last monthly fee of the package). This deposit will be deducted automatically if you withdraw or suspend during the period of the package. The participants will also be disqualified if the member completes all the periods of the package, the deposit will be converted to the last monthly fee, and the member will not have to pay the last monthly fee at that moment.

• For safety reasons, all members (under 18 years of age) and their parents or guardians must take a photo before the program to facilitate VR Drumming Academy for the identification of members and parents.

• Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled class to ensure that every member can benefit from a puncture class. For safety reasons, unless previously arranged with staff, please do not leave your child unattended in our academy before or after classes. If necessary, please contact us in advance.

• Parents or guardians are not allowed to enter the classroom during our class. Parents are strictly forbidden to accompany their children in class together unless they are allowed by VR Drumming Academy.

• Parents or guardians must have a good relationship and communication with us. We’re going to do our best, educate and guide your children, but the parents must cooperate with the coaches in our education plan.

• If a member is absent for personal reasons, parents or guardians are requested to notify the academy at least 24 hours before the class. No replacement class will be given if fail to inform the academy.

• Our classes schedule are fixed every Saturday, Sunday. Members must attend the classes according to the timetable (period) announced by VR Drumming Academy. Kindly refer to the schedule for classes as follows (updated on March 1, 2025). VR Drumming Academy reserves the right to revise the classes schedule. If the participant is suffering from any disease or is taking medication, he/she must inform the public before registration. There is no direct or indirect responsibility or obligation for the injury to the personal health of the members, any damage, loss or destruction to property.

• VR Drumming Academy reserves the right to use photographs and/or recordings of students taken during the classes and/or activities for the purpose of education, training or marketing.

• No replacement classes for public holidays.

• The information provided above is true, accurate, and up-to-date to the best of your knowledge and will be responsible for its veracity.

• VR Drumming Academy reserves the right to add, delete, and alter any of the terms and conditions above, and the final decision will be taken by VR Drumming Academy.

• Definition of Class Duration: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the duration of each regular class is 30 minutes.

• Participants (and guardians) agree that the organizer has the right to use portraits (photos, videos) taken during the experience for promotional purposes (including online and offline) free of charge.

• Minors must be accompanied by a guardian throughout the entire experience. The guardian is responsible for the safety and behavior of the participant. The organizer is not responsible for injuries or losses caused by the participant's own improper operation.

• Participants must be at least 3 years old (or accompanied by a guardian). Individuals with heart conditions, hearing sensitivity, or other health issues are not recommended to participate. Concealing health conditions is at the participant's own risk.


• 全期费用的支付必须在第一节课开始前完成，以确保学员名额。学员一旦缴费注册后，若非学院原因，恕不办理退款。

• VR大众鼓艺学院保留随时调整课程价格的权利，任何价格变动将在生效日期前至少公开通知。

• VR大众鼓艺学院允许所有学员在支付押金后享有七天的冷静期，以保证退款。如果在支付押金后的七天内发现课程不适合他们（仅限于银行转账、电子钱包支付），学员可以申请全额退款。如果押金是通过信用卡支付的，学员只能获得90%的退款，因为10%将作为银行手续费。

• 选择分期付款的学员必须支付第一个月的费用以及额外的首付款（即最后一个月的费用）。此押金将在整个学习期间自动扣除，或在学员暂停学习期间被冻结。学员完成所有学习期限后，押金将转换为最后一个月的费用，学员在最后一个月无需支付月费。

• 为了安全起见，所有学员（18岁以下）及其父母或监护人必须在参加课程前拍摄照片，以便VR大众鼓艺学院识别学员和家长/监护人。

• 请务必在课程开始前15分钟到达，以确保每位学员都能准时开始课程。为了安全起见，除非有工作人员陪同，否则请不要让您的孩子在学院上课前或下课后无人看管。如有特殊情况，请提前通知我们。

• 家长或监护人不允许进入教室陪同上课。学院严格禁止家长在课堂期间陪伴他们的孩子，除非是学院安排的特殊情况。

• 家长或监护人必须与我们的教育团队保持良好的沟通。我们将尽力做到最好地教育和引导您的孩子，但家长必须配合学院的教育计划。

• 如果学员因个人原因或家庭原因缺席，家长或监护人需至少提前24小时通知学院。否则，该节课将不予补课。

• 我们的课程表已固定为每周六和周日。学员必须按照VR大众鼓艺学院公布的时间表上课。学院保留修改课程表的权利。如果学员因疾病或正在服用药物（在2025年3月1日之后），他/她必须提前通知学院。学院对学员因疏忽、损坏或丢失个人物品，或因受伤造成的任何损失或损害不承担直接或间接的责任。

• VR大众鼓艺学院保留在课堂和/或学院活动期间拍摄学员照片和/或录像的权利，这些照片和录像可能用于教育、培训或市场推广。

• 公共假期不安排课程。

• 以上信息在发布时是准确和最新的，但其真实性由您自行负责。

• VR大众鼓艺学院保留随时添加、删除和更改任何条款和细则的权利，最终决定权归VR大众鼓艺学院所有。

• 每节课程时长定义：除非另有明确说明，所有常规课程的每节课时长均为30分钟。

• 参与者（及监护人）同意主办方无偿使用体验过程中的肖像（照片、视频）用于宣传推广 （包括线上线下）。

• 未成年人需由监护人全程陪同，监护人对参与者的安全及行为负责；因参与者自身违规操作导致的伤害或损失，主办方不承担责任。

• 参与者需年满 3周岁（或监护人陪同）；患有心脏病、听力敏感或其他健康问题者不建议参与 ，隐瞒健康状况后果自负。
